Technical description：

In order to meet the needs of national electrolyte industry presently, base on the exist cleaning system, our company studied, researched and developed this equipment which will reach the first class in our country. These is one of the automation equipment in anode assembling department, the special device have different cleaning structure could meet different users’ need for single anode and double anode in special environment.

Electrolyte cleanup device was divided into four stations for residual anode processing, including hammering, blade cleanup, chain cleanup and soft residual anode cleanup. The first station, the electrolyte will be shocked from residual anode surface become loose or drop by the impact type hydraulic vibration broken hammer. The second station, blade cleanup device use blade to remove the loose electrolyte from residual anode surface, all removed electrolyte will be send back to alumina crust grinding system for recycle using by belt conveyor. The third station, the remained electrolyte will be cleaned by chain. The last station is soft residual anode device, the polluted residual anode will be cleaned from bottom. The device is equipped with the force vacuum system, which can compulsively and quickly recycle dust in closed-shell with less pollution.

This device is able to clean the solid electrolyte from residual anode, remove the high temperature oxide coat from steel claw and other attached carbonization material, there are many advantages like automatic operate, high efficiency, high quality, the cleaning efficiency and resources utilization rate greatly improved, energy consumption and pollution and noise reduced, and also the the system maintenance is convenient, safe and reliable.
