Technical description：

Our rotary kiln system is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, chemistry, non-ferrous metal, cement. Some devices adopted by this system have reached the advanced level both at home and abroad, such as the hydraulic thruster, the ridge plunger pump, the contact-based graphite block sealing device, the speed regulating valve and so on. The kiln body is made of carbon steel or alloy steel, using automatic welding technique. ZG35CrMo & 2CrMo steel are used for the rolling ring and riding wheel. If the bearing bush diameter is less than 300mm, we will use antifriction bearing with big clearance. This system is convenient to operate, credible to use, its operating time ratio is greatly increased. Comparing to domestic equipment of same specification, this operating time ratio is raised by 10%, the output is increased by 5%-10%, and the heat consumption is reduced by 15%.
