Special hydraulic station for electrolyte cleaning system

Technical description:

It meets current domestic electrolyte industry needs. It is mainly used to clean the electrolyte on the residual anode surface. The system consists of two hydraulic stations: a main pump station and soft residue station. The main pump station contains 2 valve stands controlling the following devices: hammer precrushing hydraulic cylinder device, blade cleaning device of the hydraulic cylinder, throwing chain cleaning device of the hydraulic cylinder and soft anode residual cleaning device. The residual cleaning device is mainly used to clean the electrolyte on the residual anode surface. There are 5-10mm thickness loose layer during the electrolytic process of the anode carbon block surface. It can clean both electrolytic layer and resin carbon loose layer.
